About the client
The Togo creation, initiated by the French Institute of Togo, aims to support and strengthen the competitiveness of Togolese brands on the global scene and facilitate commercial relations with France.
The program strengthens fashion brands through a mentoring programme, carefully tailored to the brand's needs. With free masterclasses and connection with experts, the idea, is to help to local ecosystem have access to more experts and professionals locally & globally.
Our intervention
We contributed in the construction of strategic aspects of the project with a collective of experts - a pan-African network of experts in the cultural and creative industries.
Our founder Nelly Wandji is an expert, jury, consultant and mentor for this programme.
On the educational aspects, we built a curriculum around branding and selective distribution.
Business case
The program wanted to build an mentoring programme that will help Togolese brands structure their projects, leap into their next phase and grow business opportunities with France. It was then essential to rely on experts and french companies with experience, network and track records to do so.

Selection of 4 brands,
Design of the global curriculum with 3 others experts,
Audit of the laureates on the structural aspects of their brand and their operations,
The design and administration of an educational programme covering the following subjects:
Brand strategy + Brand universe (graphic and iconographic),
Market research, strategic positioning + Analytical accounting (Price structure, mark-ups)
Operational management of the brand
Business development strategies + International distribution and logistics
